1. Terms of Use

AuraDM is provided for personal, entertainment and creative purposes only. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service, to follow applicable laws, and to use the app in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

2. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We aim to collect and process only the minimum personal data necessary to operate AuraDM. In general, this may include technical identifiers, purchase information from our subscription provider, basic usage data (such as number of AI generations used), and any information you choose to send us when you contact support.

We act as a data controller for this information and process it based on one or more of the following legal bases under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): (a) performance of a contract (providing the app and its features), (b) our legitimate interests (for example to prevent abuse, secure the service, and understand feature usage), and where required, (c) your consent.

3. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location (for example, if you are in the EU, EEA, UK or other regions with similar laws), you may have rights over your personal data, including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.

• The right to request correction or deletion of your personal data.

• The right to restrict or object to certain processing.

• The right to data portability, where applicable.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice (for example, to operate the app, manage subscriptions, enforce limits, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations), after which we will delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Third-Party Services

AuraDM may rely on third-party providers to help deliver the app, such as subscription and payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. These companies act as processors on our behalf and are contractually required to handle your data securely and only according to our instructions and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The AuraDM app, including its design, branding, and features, is owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these terms. You retain any rights you may have in the original content you create with the app, but you grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AuraDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app or any content created with it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service and this Privacy information from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and may notify you within the app where appropriate. Your continued use of AuraDM after any changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

9. AI Features & AI Providers

AuraDM offers optional AI-powered features that help you generate example conversations. When you use these features, the app sends your prompts and relevant context to third-party AI providers so they can generate a response and return it to your device.

To operate these AI features, we may send: (a) the text you enter in the AI prompt and related conversation context, (b) basic metadata such as an anonymous identifier, time of request, and whether you are on a free or paid tier, and (c) limited technical information needed to run and secure the service. These providers may temporarily log this data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

You should not use the AI features to submit highly sensitive personal information (such as full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, detailed health information, or real account passwords). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or misleading, and you should carefully review any output and use your own judgment before sharing or relying on it.
